Q. How far in advance should I book?
A. Please contact us at least three days before your desired date.
If there are overlapping requests on the same date, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Q. What are the payment methods?
A. After completing your booking, we will send you a payment link via email.
The service will be provided once the payment is completed.
Q. What are the cancellation and change fees?
A. Cancellation & Change Fees:
•3 days before the event: 50%
•2 days before – the day of the event: 100%
Q. Can I specify the decoration completion time?
A. Please let us know your estimated arrival time, and we will ensure the decoration is completed by then.
If you might arrive earlier, please provide the earliest possible time to avoid any unfinished decorations.
Q. What should I do with the decorations after use?
A. Balloon disposal is generally the responsibility of the guest or hotel staff.
If you prefer us to remove and dispose of the balloons, we offer a removal service for ¥5,000.
•Latex balloons: Dispose of as combustible waste.
•Other types of balloons: Dispose of as non-combustible waste.
To deflate the balloons, you can use scissors or a cutter at the knot to release the gas without making a loud noise.
Q. Can I take the balloons home?
A. Depending on their size, you may take some balloons home.
We will leave large bags near the telephone for your convenience.

Our service area is limited to Kyoto City
